Individual therapy sessions are generally 55 minutes and my fee is $140 per session.

Payment is due at the time of service and can be made through the secure client portal using a credit or debit card.

If you plan to use insurance, I will verify your benefits before our first session so you have a clear understanding of your copay, deductible, or coinsurance.

Please note that insurance plans vary, and your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific policy.

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. In this case, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you are not using insurance. This estimate outlines anticipated therapy costs so you can make informed decisions about your care.

You can request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before or during treatment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
