How I Support You
SERVICES & SPECIALTIES
I offer individual telehealth therapy for adults and teens seeking a thoughtful, trauma‑informed space to explore relationship patterns, nervous system responses, and the impact of complex trauma. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care with attention to safety, connection, and choice. I help you compassionately challenge the coping mechanisms that used to help you survive but are now holding you back from living your most fulfilling life.
Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken because you aren't broken; it’s about processing your lived experiences, understanding how patterns developed, and creating room for new, more supportive ways of relating.
Individual Therapy for Adults and Teens
WHAT I OFFER

Processing your personal history does not mean that we are re-living the past or staying stuck; rather, I believe that looking at our past experiences helps us make sense of our patterns and learn how to make different choices.
In our work together, we may:
Explore patterns shaped by early relationships and trauma
Build awareness of how your nervous system responds to stress and conflict
Practice naming and staying present with emotions without forcing change
Strengthen boundaries, self‑trust, and internal safety
Learn different ways of relating to other people in nourishing ways
Therapy with me is a collaborative process shaped by your needs and readiness. We move at a pace that respects your autonomy, nervous system, and lived experience with curiosity rather than judgment.
How This Work is Held
MY PHILOSOPHY
Complex trauma rooted in childhood abuse, neglect, or chronic misattunement
Relationship and attachment wounds, including closeness–distance cycles and difficulty trusting
Survival strategies such as hypervigilance, people-pleasing, or emotional shutdown
Anxiety and nervous system stress
Shame, self-doubt, and internalized beliefs shaped by repeated invalidation or marginalization
Re‑examining long‑held beliefs about yourself
Areas of Focus
Treatment Modalities
I use an integrative approach, meaning that I meet you where you are by using a variety of different therapy styles, but my perspective is most inspired by:
Relational Psychodynamic Therapy
Person-Centered Therapy
Feminist Theory (not just for women!)
